Three-term Saratoga Springs Mayor and Four-term County Supervisor A.C. Riley Endorses Tim Coll for Public Safety Commissioner:  

 

I’m supporting Tim Coll for Commissioner of Public Safety because I think he’s the best  candidate for our city at this time. I like his statement that, “ Public safety is all about keeping  people safe in every way.” He understands that the scope of the Public Safety Department is  more than policing, but also fire and ambulance services, traffic control, zoning enforcement,  and cooperating with county, state, and federal agencies when needed. He listens well, and  stays calm and pleasant, even when the question is a hard one. He is approachable, and  comfortable with people. His experience will contribute to his ability to work well with Public  Safety staff, the Council, the citizens, other levels of government, and non-profit agencies to do  the necessary work to keep our citizens safe.
